the website of Oliver Asmussen is for all fans of the "cruiseship-spotting". This private website is online since March 2009 and among other things of maritime imagery, in first place photos of cruise ships are shown in various galleries. These picture galleries are constantly expanded, reformed and supplemented by new photos. Most ships I photographed myself. Good photos are more important to me as to get the first photo of a ship in bad weather. Patience is often the motto for good photos! The quality of the photos is important, not the quantity! All photos I have in high resolution and top quality!

My picture area stretches mainly along the North Sea coast. Starting at the Kiel Canal via the river Elbe from Hamburg to Cuxhaven, the river Ems, all major ports in the Netherlands and Belgium to the city of Lisbon on the Atlantic Ocean. Worldwide, there are of course many more interesting ports to photograph ships.

Ocean Liner Pictures I run as a hobby for "Ship-spotting". More than 20 years I am working now already with the theme cruises in my travel agency in Germany.
